You have been telling yourself a story about time, and in this training, you find out what it is. You discover how procrastination isn’t laziness, it is a signal, and once you understand the four types blocking your progress, you can stop fighting yourself and start moving forward. You leave this session with a completely new relationship with your time and the tools to prove it to yourself immediately.
Training 3: Your Time Journey: The 7-Day Experiment
This is the session that shifts everything from insight to action. You confront the inherited narratives about time that have quietly shaped your habits, your stress levels and your results without you even realising it. You discover why working harder is not the answer and what to do instead. By the end of this session, you’re ready for your 7-Day Experiment with total confidence and a crystal clear sense of purpose.

Q. I have a busy couple of weeks coming up I don't know if I'll have time for this?

Yes. All sessions are recorded, and are available for you to watch on demand and can all be accessed online as soon as you sign up.
